So apologies for the lack of posts as of late but rest assure I am drawing every chance I get. A lot of what I've been doing are more rough practice sketches and experimental pieces using new mediums that I have always been interested in learning. Watercolor is what I recently taught myself to use and I'm quickly getting the hang of it. I've also been revisiting digital painting and reading/watching quite a bit of online tutorials to learn more about the different tools and techniques that the pros are using to create some magnificent works or art. So please bare with me as I'll have new work posted up very soon.

Things to look forward to this year:

- Limited commission list will reopen in the next month.
- Working on a few comic book covers for independent publishers. More on that in the near future.
- Will be set up at artist alley selling prints and taking sketch requests at the following shows: Wizard World Philly, Baltimore Comic Con, NYCC
- Considering taking convention sketch requests to turn people into zombies.

So I've taken a long break and really have not done too too much illustration within the last year. I've been doing some soul searching and I've spent a lot of time focusing on my new job as well as brushing up on my style by taking figure drawing/painting classes but at the end of the day, art is what I've always love to do. And so I've decided it's time for me to come out of hiding and do what it is I do best.
